In addition to our Personal Care apartments, Berkshire Commons offers a cozy, secure Memory Support Neighborhood with 28 private rooms and a beautiful enclosed courtyard. Our Memory Support Neighborhood offers residents specialized programming and meaningful activities 7 days a week. We are so proud that our Dementia Care Education is recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association® for incorporating evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations in the areas of: Alzheimer’s and dementia, person-centered care, assessment and care planning, activities of daily living, and behaviors and communication.

Berkshire Commons also offers Respite Stay options for a variety of needs. Caregivers can take a much needed break from the demands of life while your loved one socializes in a welcoming, safe environment. Those residents that are in rehabilitation communities and are not quite ready to go home yet, can also receive therapy and assistance prior to going home.
