Ashlee Baer

A

shlee Baer serves as the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Berkshire Commons. She joined Genesis in 2016 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and has been a dedicated member of the Berkshire Commons team for the past six years. During her time at the community, Ashlee first served as the Rehab Director before transitioning into her current role in Admissions and Marketing in 2025.

In her position, Ashlee is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate the transition to a new home, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their choice to join the Berkshire Commons community.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter. She especially loves vacationing with her family and making lasting memories together.
